I finally got Lucio's pixel and I am so happy you have no clue dude! I got it 9 mins ago man, I wasn't even trying to get it. My Lucio main journey is now complete my bois. In order to get this achievement, you have to get three kills while riding on walls in one game while in Quick or Competitive Play. Trying to juggle enemy health bars and aiming while sticking to a wall can be really hard, especially when it needs to be done three times in one game.
