To clear up, one of my other mates has thrown this into the ring as a contender for a venue. But its still up for debate. Another mate of mine had rang me the other week telling me he was in a strip club and it was brilliant fun, he had been there all evening, spent a fortune, etc etc, turned out it was the same place. I'm sure I'll have a laugh, sounds like the kind of place that you need to not take too seriously. Besides some of the strip clubs I have been into are the worst of the worst so I am sure it won't be too bad.

As I've said many times, this venue is great when it's busy and everybody gathers round the stage. I would pop in for s ts and giggles but find somewhere better to spend the majority of your night. Captain Flashman posts months.

There were about six dancers and six customers present. I visited The Griffin on a Monday afternoon at around pm. From the outside it just looks like a normal pub except the windows are blocked out I used to get dragged along to The Metropolis in Bethnal Green - this was a long time ago. I have been to The Griffin a few times, and I think it is fantastic. It's the closest of London's pound in a jug strip pub's to the West End.
