It's hard to consider them as a true creator of universe containing a trillion galaxies of billion stars, each each with multiple alternates. He was not the Supreme Being. They're both supposed to be the Gods capital G of their respective universes, but only The One Above All is a metaphysical being and the actual embodiment of the writer.
