The Roundhouse Restaurant serves modern American cuisine inspired by the agricultural richness of the Hudson Valley. Our menus highlight local farms, wineries, distilleries, and all of the amazing food and beverage craftsmen of the Hudson Valley. In an effort to accommodate all guests, specific tables cannot be requested. Reservations are not required but strongly suggested and can be made for dinner and for Sunday brunch.
