This is a comprehensive list of all of the characters in the Thomas franchise, including characters from the Railway Series, Television Series, and all other forms of Thomas media.

This article lists the characters over the years that are not rail-based. Terence is an orange tractor fitted with caterpillar tracks. Bertie is a red bus who works near Thomas' Branch Line. The Railway Series is a series of British books by the Rev.
