After waiting 3 weeks for a refund on a ticket that I never received, the customer service rep told me I had to email the venue and figure it out for myself. Again, I had to wait three weeks of emailing these people back in forth with them continuously telling me they "are working on it" or "looking into it". Any message I would receive would essentially be scripted with a line or two of grammatically error-ridden text from the "customer service rep" I was supposedly working with. Tip for consumers: Use literally any other online ticket seller. Products used: Didn't receive product in the first place. The worst experience ever

My girlfriend and I bought two ticketmaster reviews to a concert 3 days before it, then on the SAME day as the concert, Ticketmaster voided the tickets themselves an hour before it started without any communication and reason to.
