Toast to the visitors freemasonry
After most lodge meetings in this jurisdiction are ended, the officers and brethren will retire to the banquet room for what is often referred to as the Festive Board. The following are a small selection of appropriate remarks. Brethren are advised to consult with the Director of Ceremonies regarding the proper salutations and titles for the occasion, as these may be an individual lodge decision. For health and food, for love and friends, For everything Thy goodness sends, Great Architect, we thank thee. God bless our meat, God quide our ways, God give us grace Our Lord to please. Lord, long preserve in peace and health Our gracious Queen Elizabeth. Friendship and love may they bloom and grow, Bloom and grow forever. Bless our friends, bless this food; Bless all mankind forever. Some ha'e meat and can-na eat, And some ha'e none that want it, But we ha'e meat and we can eat, And so the Lord be thank-et. God is great and God is good, And we thank him for our food. By his hand we all are fed; Give us Lord, our daily bread. Toastmaster and brethren; This evening I find myself a welcome visitor in your lodge. We are all visitors on this sublunary abode and as the humble representative of those who are now visiting your small part of it, I thank you for your welcome and for the pleasure of your company. And the brother sat down, and after him another got up, who also brought warm and fraternal greetings from some distant lodge. And after him a whole group of 5 or 6 stood up, in representation of yet another visiting lodge… By the time the salutations were over, it was clear that, in fact, about half of the brothers in that Temple were visitors. I had turned up at the hall seeking to welcome some doe-eyed, slightly nervous brethren who looked a bit lost.

Brethren, please be upstanding. After most lodge meetings in this jurisdiction are ended, the officers and brethren will retire to the banquet room for what is often referred to as the Festive Board. The following are a small selection of appropriate remarks.
So, I turned up at the following meeting looking to do just that. We were advised, on being raised to the third degree that we should work to improve the morals and correct the manners of men in society. When I arrived, they had been there already amongst the brethren, but chatting away, enjoying the same jokes, and looking completely at ease. I was in my second year in Freemasonry, and by then I had more or less figured out the general dynamics of a masonic meeting, and was looking to help out more.
