Madara's brother wasn't like Itachi at all. As Kabuto said he is different than ALL of his other Edo Tensei's, "On another level" that most likely means his strategic mind and his intellect. Itachi would definitely at the very least tie with Tobirama. Not let's not put Tobirama down.. Like I say at the least it's a tie between them at the most Itachi wins. As much as I like Tobirama, I have to admit that he doesn't have enough feats. By hype he was close to EMS Madara's level. But hype is not a good basis to judge vs battles. His limited feats are quite impressive, though. Since Tobirama knew about Blaze Release in his lifetime, then it stands to reason that he knows how Amaterasu works. So the manga seems to suggest that Tobirama can counter the black flames. Since he fought MS Izuna, in all likelihood he can also counter Susanoo. In terms of strategy and intellect, both of them seem more or less equal. I'm not a big fan of Itachi, although I think his tragic storyline was THE best story in the entire manga. Plus his fanboys are by far the most annoying in the fandom.

Also learn how the totsuka sword works. Tobirama's current feats simply don't address the challenge posed by Itachi. One, because most of the strongest of his ninjutsu's are near unbeatable.

Itachi's ninjutsu is highly destructive, Tobirama's is not. Outside of FTG Tobirama has no impressive speed feats. Itachi thought like a Hokage at seven years old. Storm 4 showed that Itachi does have a perfect susanoo and since we use Shisui's susanoo in versus debates despite the fact that it's also game only I'm going to say that Itachi's perfect susanoo should also be used. Itachi has more than just visual genjutsu. I never stated that it would be easy, I just stated that I don't think Tobirama has much of a chance winning due to not having any means of countering Itachi's strongest technique. Ravenlot Shisui's susanoo still appeared in only in game,, yet we still use that so I don't see your point, besides they were hand drawn by Kishimoto himself.
