Toyota po420

Hi all, previous owner had a decat pipe on toyota po420 corolla tsport which I've just replaced because I didn't want the hassle of emissions failure come MOT time. I replaced with a whole new Klarius mid section, which includes the catalytic converter and center silencer, toyota po420. I also replaced both o2 sensors with Denso items.

My mechanic said it should be one of the O2 sensors and most probably the one after the Catalyc Converter. I bought that sensor from Toyota and he changed it, but after around 40 miles the check engine light was on again. After that I bought the O2 sensor again from Toyota and the same thing happen. After miles the check engine light was on again.

The O2 sensor code is very specific and different. The upstream sensor does not monitor anything the cat is doing.
