We realised some weeks ago we were having problems with my daughters email service TPG because the emails were not getting through. Since that time we have had one email that took 24 hours to arrive at my daughters TPG address and this morning she advised she received another email and it has taken 3 days to arrive. Amongst other things we use her TPG address for welfare checks so you can imagine how upset we are regarding this appalling service. Given this I opted to transfer to The Messaging Company. My issue is that for weeks my email has been hopeless.
