I said I needed to have a receipt because they had my credit card information - I had basically paid for goods and was given absolutely nothing. I was laughed and not in a nice way - it was as if I were an idiot at and told "that's not my procedure" and "you'll get your receipt when you get your shipment". And the attitude on these people was shocking to me. I said if that was their "procedure" then I wanted to have the entire order cancelled. Through all of this I remained calm and extremely polite. I said I was not happy with the way they were conducting business with me and that I felt disrespected. I was snapped at, and even shouted at, and spoken to as if I was not only stupid, but being unreasonable. I have no idea what is wrong with these people, but they are unprofessional and beyond rude. I then placed my order with Vesseys and Henry Fields with no problems at all.

This one was a bit sweeter but did not taste like they did on the island.
