The waitress was knowledgeable on which rolls could be made GF. They have GF soy sauce. I had to avoid any tempura and some sauces had to be left off. The sushi was amazing! Tons of choices! While they do not have a gluten free menu, the staff is knowledgable, friendly, and attentive. They do have gluten free soy sauce. I've ate here multiple times and have not gotten ill. Just make sure you tell the staff you cannot eat gluten and they are more than happy to assist you. The sushi is amazing, and so is the seaweed salad and miso soup! Edit: used to be really good about making sure your food was safe, but not sure what happened. Last time I visited I explicitly told them no gluten and that I had celiacs like I normally did. Horrible experience. Nothing on the menu is even marked with a GF or anything showing a GF option. The server was clueless about dishes containing gluten, and every question was met with him being annoyed at having to ask someone.
