This company used to value customer service and I have been pleased with the service technicians. Now the administration apparently has other priorities. I have contracted with another company. It is interesting, like most companies without integrity they would have received five stars until they get your money. They informed me they could not install the returns until the AC unit passed inspection. I was told by the installers that Jolene would contact me to schedule the inspection. I was told to go ahead and pay for the returns, and they would come back after inspection and complete the work or credit me if I discovered they were not needed with the output of the new AC unit.
