I waited to write a review since we used to frequent Urban Air once a month for the first few years of the kiddos life but ended up purchasing a membership when we felt like our kiddos would use Fun place for the kids. Nice design and a lot to do. The staff could use some training in customer relations. Not very friendly and rather short and curt in answering basic questions such as We've been here 2 times now - December and June In December we made the grave mistake of going during winter break. The lines were out the door at opening and we should have just left, Just wanted to say that I received the best customer service from Zay today at urban air!
