Shares in Quebec-based Valeant Pharmaceuticals, once one of Canada's most valuable companies, plummeted 13 per cent on Tuesday. In recent months the company has been mired in scandal, valeant pharma stock subject of drug-pricing investigations and improper accounting allegations.
