Surgery for my pet and follow up treatment and rehab were great. Until a new 'vet' who was unresponsive, rude, unprofessional and unresponsive took over rehab. She did not have my dog's best interest at heart. She was caustic and uncaring, and egotistical about her 'treatment' which was ineffective.
