For those seeking more privacy and space, we have an apartment available very close to the bed and breakfast. A blend that makes the design of our bed and breakfast near Piazza San Marco unique. The house has an independent entrance and is located on the first floor of a historic building overlooking the Canale de le Ostreghe , brought to life by the passing of the gondolas and the song of the gondoliers. The lounge windows open onto the canal below and the music of the serenading gondoliers can be heard during their pass. Breakfast features a wide selection of baked goods and fresh fruit , purchased in the local shops of the Sestiere , to support the local economy of the city. Our bed and breakfast is located in an enchanting setting of San Marco: the small canals with traditional gondolas , between the suggestive Campo di Santa Maria del Giglio and the prestigious Calle XXII Marzo with its luxury, exclusive-brand boutiques , make this area one of the most fascinating locations of the one and only lagoon.
