With our kickboxing classes here at Victory we combine the elements and techniques learned from Muay Thai and adapt them for MMA. Train submissions, sweeps, takedowns and transitions! We combine elements from wrestling, judo and jiu-jitsu to teach self-defense on the ground for the sport of MMA and Submission Grappling.
