Hours : Main St, Binghamton Menu. I may have exaggerated with my rating, but I really liked this place, the waiter is a character in a good way , and their pho is amazing! We also had summer rolls with the translucent wrap, I don't know, but it was amazing! June Had to stop here with a friend from back in the day. The food here is excellent and the service is even better!!! I was introduced to the mother which does all the cooking and needless to say makes one of the best Special Pho broths I have ever had!! Wish I would've taken some pictures. But next time for sure! And add a shrimp spring roll to your order! May Hands down the best pho I've ever had. This place is so great I need to go back and change my reviews on every other pho place I've been to which is a lot. Make sure to ask about specific pricing before ordering as their menu has not been updated with recent price increases, the waiter was up front about it, but it might be best to ask if you are sensitive to specific prices. May Hands down the best pho I've ever had.

The wait is almost over for fans of Vietnamese cuisine who've been looking forward to the opening of a new restaurant in the heart of downtown Binghamton. Pho Nomenal is expected to start operations within the next few weeks. The restaurant will be located on the State Street side of the 20 Hawley Street complex, which has student housing on the upper floors. Nha Tran of Endicott is one of the owners of Pho Nomenal. She said she's "very excited" that the restaurant is almost ready to open. The business closed with short notice in September prior to the property's sale to Binghamton University.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options: very much to pick, if you cant decide i would highly recommend the vegetarian spring rolls March I would say it's phenomenal. The pho was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern and trendy. I had the pho tai and some wings. The wings were so crispy and delicious. The big bowl of pho was perfectly flavorful and not too hot. I'll be returning here for another phenomenal meal soon.
