V incenzo has become one of Netflix 's hottest shows in recent times, with the hit South Korean drama never ceasing to produce jaw-dropping endings, and episode 20 was no different. The K-drama sees Song Joong-ki star as Park Joo-hung , a child who has moved to Korea from Italy and is adopted into the mafia, but when one of the mafia family bosses dies, a feud ensues which produces endless dramatic twists and turns. Hong Cha-young is shot at the very start, leading to Vincenzo to move his gaze towards Jang Han-seok with anger. Jang Han-seo tries to take the gun off his brother, but Jang Han-seok calls him "scum" and shoots his brother straight in the mid-section. Jang Han-seok then tries to shoot Vincenzo but runs out of bullets. While Cha-young survives, Jang Han-seo is not so fortunate, leading Vincenzo to look for revenge. Vincenzo wastes no time, and immediately tells Seung-hyuk that he will keep him alive if he releases Woosang lawyer, Choi Myung-hee from prison. Unbeknownst to to Hyuk, however, is that Vincenzo was recording the call the whole time, and shares it with Han-seok. Seok accordingly instructs Myung-hee to make preparations for leaving the country altogether. Meanwhile Vincenzo manages to locate Han-seok thanks to the tracking devices that Han-seo planted in his brother's watches. Vincenzo doesn't just want to kill Han-seok , he wants to do it in an excruciating way. A sharp drill piece is noticed by Han-seok which Vincenzo calls the 'Spear of Atonement', a device that would pierce the former by five millimetres every five minutes. The story then moves forward by a month, with a fully recovered Cha-young and the Cassano family having justice at the top of their agenda, while Vincenzo is still at large. Justice is weak and empty. One cannot win against any villains with justice alone.

For me, this is what Vincenzo was - I care very little for the inconsistencies and so on.

I'm sure they were all scratching their heads throughout. It's interesting going from Chief Kim - which was a lighthearted battle against company corruption to Fiery Priest- which was darker and angry but with the characters being pretty moral in their battle against corruption- and now to Vincenzo, where the writer feels fed up with corruption and is like "the only way to fight evil is with evil". The love story never encroached on the main story but was present enough to make my heart fluttering :. Such monsters needs brutal endings. All in all, a fun show, with a likeable cast that enjoyed chewing the scenery at every turn. Maybe I expected cartoon characters to get cartoon endings. There's no Vincenzo tomorrow. This is actually, very scary. Vincenzo himself stayed true to his roots that he sees himself as a villain, acts like one, and doesn't try to sugarcoat it into something else. Eighteen May 11, at PM. She wanted justice, and on this case this was the only way to serve justice. He pulls back and says villains are too tenacious to break up. Click to Discuss or Comment.

Right before he signs, Vincenzo calls and offers him a way to survive: Release Myung-hee within the next three hours. They seemed to be totally in tune of each other and I loved how the romance wasn't forced or in our face. Joon-woo wakes up tied to a scary looking chair in, you guessed it, a warehouse. Those torturous scenes were just too much and seeing that all I thought was this guy needs to be in hell too with them. I didn't think he was redeemable, so I always figured he was going to have to die, but damn did it still break my heart. What if the other plaza residents somehow found out? Instead he is so slow in reacting and even attempted to run away with his girl instead of killing the enemy. KDY is a treasure and we need him in a leading role!! He was just protecting what's his and protecting the people that he had grown to care about. First episode and last 5 minutes ending scene is good.
