Well stocked. Well lit. As with most stores like this, many items are wildly overpriced. I don't know her name but she is a lady who was at the photography counter, very arrogant and rude I went to ask for some photographs that were in my name, I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and each time I go the service is worse and worse. The attitude from the pharmacy technicians, Vivian in particular, is absolutely ridiculous Love the Walgreens itself, hate the Pharmacist and kid cashier that doesn't know what your asking her. No empathy what so ever and they just walk away from you when your talking to them. If I could give negative starts I would!!!!

The Walgreens pharmacy on Dinah Shore and Bob Hope drives in Rancho Mirage has been temporarily closed due to staffing shortages, but the company says it will reopen Saturday with reduced operating hours for the next few days. Callers heard an automated message on Friday alerting them that the pharmacy was temporarily closed. Palm Desert resident Burton Wahlquist said he has been trying to pick up his prescriptions at the Rancho Mirage store for over a week. He also had difficulty using the automated pharmacy services when he called the store, he said. A statement from Walgreens to The Desert Sun read: "When making the difficult decision to adjust store hours, we make every effort to minimize disruption for our customers. We select days with the lowest prescription demand, ensure that there is a nearby pharmacy to meet any immediate prescription needs and provide patients as much advanced notice as possible through signage, automated phone calls and adjustments in refills. The adjusted operating hours for the pharmacy were not provided.
