It's fine in the star chart, and with all the extras arcanes, galvanise mods, unlocked exilus, about forma you can get a half decent build that works OKish up to early SP. It's slow firing and slow projectiles, you can correct that with mods but that limits your options. It does Electrical damage, which would be OK except that the Electric arcane boosts reload speed a stat it just doesn't have. The pistol Arcane we'd want needs Heat, but that's impossible to get on without at least 3 elemental mods. Then we have to new Tomb mods, which show promise - support utility is a great idea, but it doesn't work. To use the alt fire enough to get the benefits you have to be shooting and killing with it all the time, but with one mod slot used on this forget about a workable SP build.
