So, what are your favourite zaws and why? They were already relevant weapons before melee 3. Now they are in the depths of oblivion. Although they have the possibility if using specific arcanes They're broken and I very much doubt DE will do anything for them. Exodia Force and Exodia Triumph make zaws great melee weapons. Force causes explosions when u hit enemies affected by status ailments so use that with CO builds. Triumph helps your combo ramp up faster so thats good for pure crit builds or CO. Exodia Contagion previously sucked because it would kill you to. I think its been changed recently but I havent messed with it. I know for a tiny bit people were using it on PT to melee from a distance lol. But thats totally not necessary. SOME Plague parts add elemental damage to the zaw

I'm not sure thought whether if I should focus on status chance, attack speed or damage. I'm also not sure what mods I should use once I gild it. Idk where to get those mods either aside from Condition Overload that I'll most likely farm for soon. Though, idk how useful Berserker will be for a status zaw. Been a while. That's pretty huge imo. You could also go with a staff instead of a polearm.
