Accomodation not good definatley in need of a good refurbishment. We went to stay at Lakeside as a base to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary for 3 nights. We were very disappointed having booked a Standard PLUS Chalet the decor was tired and not as advertised, the bathroom had mould along the edge of the bath and along the floor, the toilet backed up when other people used their toilets or baths. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows as flat as pancakes. The saving grace was that the food was reasonable but you only had 1 hour time slots to eat. We would NOT recommend it to friends and family. We filled in a survey to this effect and to date have not heard from them.
