My cats love this toy and it totally fits in with a summery aesthetic. The fabric is soft with crinkly material inside and it looks just like a little slice of watermelon. My cats really enjoy being able to pull up their hind legs and claw it while they have it grasped in their front paws. He loves to play with toys that crinkle, and mixed with catnip make it a perfect the toy. It's fine but it's not as catnip-crazy as the banana or rainbow toys are. There is mesh on the watermelon that I didn't notice when I ordered it, and one of my cats really loves to nosh on mesh, and I like to pretend it cleans his teeth Four stars because it only has the "seeds" on one side of the wedge let's face it, we buy these toys because we find them cute and it is slightly smaller than expected.
