Five star review is for front desk Sabrina and the assistants only. Sabrina is so lovely and so helpful. She always is willing to help with a smile on her face. I literally love how kind she I was supposed to be a new patient today. I registered and checked in online the day prior, I arrived twenty minutes early to my appt still. Very sad this clinic doesn't help new patient check in even I showed up on time. All the staffs are giving patients hard time. Has the same experience today.. Have never had a good experience at the whasn offices. The lady in front was not nice or friendly about it either. I had an appointment today at PM. I had been told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I received a automated phone call on Monday giving me those same instructions.
