I love audiobooks, and Audible is my favorite way to listen to them. Last fall when I raced through the Outlander books, I switched back and forth between the Kindle and audio versions so I could get through the books faster. But some of the later books stopped at seemingly random one-hour intervals, and it drove me crazy. I could have spent more time reading, instead of searching for my place. But it also makes it possible to read the same title in both ebook and audiobook format! If you use them to purchase something, I earn a fee at no additional cost for you. Whispersync is a system by Amazon that allows readers to switch between the ebook and audiobook format of the same book. In order to be eligible, the ebook and audio version need to be identical. It syncs your ebook reading progress with the Audible version so you can swap between both formats. For example, if you enjoy reading at night in bed, you can read the ebook in a Kindle app or device. And when you commute to work in the morning or have boring chores to do, you continue with the story in Audible.
