In fact, it is the best neckpiece for every class and every spec at the time this article being written. Getting one is easy until it isn't anymore though. Comment by xLunacyx The diamond is not used in recrafting, so a cheap rank2 on the initial craft will still allow you to recraft the lariat into a rank5 with rank3 harmonies and clasps 1 of each depending on the crafter's inspiration.
