Friday, February 18th, PM. I brought three lines and the are all still active in good standing. However it's been over 16 weeks and I still haven't received any of the gift cards.
Friday, January 6th, AM. Because of this, I decided to give it a try, so switched my phone over. I even confirmed with phone agent and chat agent ensured the per line deal and they told me that I will be receiving two for two lines in weeks. Now, 4 months later, I finally received the card, and it ends up only giving per line. I called them, and they told me there was no such promotion when I signed up… I swear I saw that on their website and it was the reason I switched. I am so speechless about what I heard and disappointed at the same time.

Sunday, March 12th, PM. Once I was out of contract plan, the cost too high, no longer competitive. We first setup my new internet and cable plan. No updated email has been received. They tried to tell me I was misinformed by Elroy. No, that is not acceptable. I asked they contact Elroy to verify and a said team's Supervisor refused - they didn't have a way to contact them. That's rubbish, calls are recorded, they can verify or they can trust someone who has been an excellent customer since with no late payments or unreasonable complaints. No one should be treated in such a fashion. I know I won't. If they cant figure out they will come out ahead in the long run, then maybe one day when they miss me, they will.
It looks like they also updated their Unlimited Plan pricing. I was promised if I switched fro Verizon I would get mine! Joined Aug

I checked the status of my gift card on the website you provided and it doesn't reflect what I was promised your website states a week waiting period and a condition that we provide xfinity mobile with our old phone.
