Monday, January 16th, PM. Whenever I try to watch a live sport, especially football or hockey, the feed is pixelated. It gets so pixelated that it becomes nauseating to watch. I have checked all my connections, have reset the set-top box numerous times, and have no issues with the stream through the Xfinity Stream app on Roku. I also have replaced the TV and the cable going from the TV down to the splitter in the basement where the cable comes into the house.

Friday, September 22nd, PM. My comcast service has been pixelating since may I have had boxes changed out, box updates, splitters and connectors changed, line to house from pole changed. Still have pixelation. I have spoken to several neighbors, they also have the same problem. This has to been a signal strength issue on Comcasts end. I dont feel for what i pay and my neighbors that we should have this issue for so many months. I also feel we should be compensated somehow for all this disturbance. Its the worst in evening and nite. This certainly isn't something we want for any customer, and I would be happy to assist you with getting the issue resolved for you and your neighbors. Sunday, October 8th, AM. I received an email that we needed to swap out a box for an updated one to continue our service. Had no issues with the old box. Got the new one and immediately started having pixelation problems only on certain HD channels. Assumed the box was the problem. Took it in, swapped it out and this new box is doing the same thing. We are sorry to hear you are having pixelation problems and that swapping out your TV box did not solve it.
Friday, January 22nd, PM. During the day, all channels are fine and our internet signal is never affected. It starts each day around p and lasts until around 11p. Comcast Labs always says the signal is good and we've checked all of our connections inside and out. We've also resatrted all of our boxes to no avail. I have done a system refresh online and upon completion, it works cleanly for about 5 minutes before going back to the pixelation and freezing which leads me to believe its something outside of my house.

Wednesday, April 5th, AM. For the past month or so, we've had problems with experiencing pixelated, garbled pictures on several TV channels. I've tried resetting our X1 box, but it doesn't help. This problem seems to have been getting worse the past few days. It's easy to see on the pictures I took last night how bad it's gotten.
