Tuesday, August 15th, PM. After my power trips and comes back on my modem won't reconnect and gives the dreaded blinking green light. I go thru all the modem reset procedures multiple times and then end up having to schedule an appointment for days later. A Comcast tech came out and replaced my modem last time. Everything was working fine last night and we didnt lose power. Today blinking green light all day. I checked for outages and there are none in my area. Lol The map even said everything is good at my address. I have been a Comcast customer for a long time but am beginning to consider ATT fiber because it is half the price for the same speed and my friends that have it say it is very reliable.
