Just wondering if anyone signed up to the Zoe app and lost weight? Hi, I'm nearly at the end of the four month period and have lost no weight. I think it depends on the reason you're not as slim as you like - I'm a zoe reviews mumsnet Monday-Thursday and then eat and drink too much Fri-Sun and I haven't changed my weekend ways enough to see a difference in weight. Worth it in other ways though I think and I'm sure if I reigned in weekends it would have had bigger impact, zoe reviews mumsnet.
In keeping with good beginnings I am off to have berries, nuts and yoghurt. Could murder a load of toast though! Found you! Thanks for starting the thread. Was going to have a spinach and berry smoothie but fancy something hot so off to make an omelette HNY everyone! Hello thread, today is day one of the post-results phase for me.

Not sure this is the right place for this Anyone else doing the Zoe Nutrition Testing? My results were poor, so now I'm tackling my diet. I thought it was pretty good but it's clear it needs a major overhaul. So much information but finding it good. Oh op I am really interested in this! Childishly what puts me off is the poo sample My worry is I don't act on the advice they provide and it's another waste of money. How is the feedback presented? I'm doing this. I found the blood sugar tracking element of the trial a complete revelation - I thought i was eating pretty healthily - for example a salad with a bread roll for lunch. Not a good plan!

I'm a month in. Joined for very similar reasons. Just had my results which were as expected, and really liking it so far. May I say he looks gaunt I've done it and am 2 months in. I'm late forties and overweight. The testing is interesting, but where I have found it most useful is after the results come in and the app opens up with your personalised scores. This has really driven home to me how bad some foods are for my health.

I've read a lot about Zoe nutrition - a much hyped, expensive nutrition package which helps you to regulate blood glucose and blood lipids, and improve your microbiome profile. Therefore guiding a better diet? I do think that looking after your health is worth it in the long run but I haven't seen this test so not sure what costs are. I love their podcasts. The Mediterranean is top again in a number of categories.

Pleased to find this. What tends to happen due to the microbiome Science of it is that the longer you do it the easier it is and the less headspace is required. Other than that the advice is no better or different from anyone else who recommends real food, fruit and veg, fibre etc - which is basically every diet ever. I talked to them on chat and didn't get much of an answer. Fucked up my teeth badly. I would like to improve my eating and general health. Hi, I'm nearly at the end of the four month period and have lost no weight. I'm going to miss my blood-sugar sensor! However, the "coaching" isn't coaching - it's just a low quality chatbot telling you very obvious things. I am obese so it shouldn't have been but at least my poo sample showed my gut was good. I'm still on the BGM and about 10 days in. I have just finished the two week blood sugar testing phase.
ZOE is a program that uses an analysis of your gut bacteria, blood fat, and blood sugar responses to personalize food choices to support your health. Backed by clinical research and mostly easy to follow protocols, ZOE is worth trying so that you can get a better understanding of your gut and metabolism.
I was the same with the challenges, didn't want to muck up what I normally eat by testing so I didn't really do them. Has anyone given it a go? It's actually really good. I wonder how long that will last! Hello thread, today is day one of the post-results phase for me. Advanced search Saved Active Unanswered threads. So glad to take screenshots from the app to have some idea. I feel lightheaded and low energy - a quick scan of the blood sugar shows it's dropped right down - though mine seems to be so far very low, dipping below the "normal" band 4 times already. Sorry about all these questions. I follow Zoe threads because I'm nosy. They had disappeared off for ages, but I think they were trying to find the answers. My mood is better, and I sleep well. Neither of us eats a lot of highly processed food so that is harder to offer examples for. For me, my scores were much better than I expected, and I have started eating more wholegrains.
