The Spirits of Nature is the first quest for Anna , in which you help her clear a path to her distracted sister, Elsa. Upon unlocking the Frozen Realm within the Dream Castle, travel in and speak to Anna, who requests your help in finding her sister Elsa. As you use your Watering Can to extinguish the fires, you'll eventually spot Bruni as a little glowing flame darting around the area. Chase him down and catch him, and then return to Anna near the entrance of the realm. Give Bruni to Anna and then follow her to confront the Earth Giant. With those things gathered, head to a Cooking Station and cook the Stone Soup. Return to the Frozen Realm and place the Stone Stoup on the rock pile near the giant's foot. Talk to Anna, and the giant will move, clearing the way. Use your Pickaxe to clear the rocks from your path, and eventually, you'll spot Elsa on the other side of a raging river. Speak to Anna, then investigate the nearby pond.
