As far as I know the chorus of this song doesn't mean anything at all at least not in any language I know , it's just a sticky tune. Parece means to look as well as seem,which is pretty much the same. So 'it looks smuggled',probably in reference to the turquoise suit would make more sense. I have the feeling the suit is probably shiny as well! The chorus line is actually the first verses of "Rapper's Delight" by the Sugarhill Gang, in heavily gibberish-fied Spanish. It complete made up words , he didn't know the words or name of the song so makes words up to the rhytme. The song is actually about a guy hearing rappers delight , in a club.
