Well, looky here! I finally got my painted bottle project finished. But I tried again…this time with spray primer first…and it worked out beautifully. After I painted them, I wanted to do some sort of something on them to make them look old…or textured…or both. So I ended up using white spray paint to lightly mist the bottles, and then I followed that with a light splatter effect. It almost gives the look of stone, and it also gives the bottles a beautiful texture. So doing this with white paint was a first for me, but I really like the effect.
