Right: The exterior of NoFish in Montreal. Montreal is home to countless must-try restaurants but if there's one that should be near the top of your foodie bucket list, it's NoFish. After discovering it was none other than Chef Christian Ventura's newest eatery , I was sold. Considering Chef Ventura is the mastermind behind countless Montreal vegan restaurants including Bloom, Sushi Momo and Bvrger, to name a few, I figured I was in for quite the culinary treat, and gosh was I ever. Vegans and vegetarians beware: a new restaurant has opened in Paris on the Courcelles side. Named Bloom , this new restaurant celebrates Japanese cuisine in its vegan version. At the helm is Mexican chef Christian Ventura , straight from Montreal where he already owns several renowned vegan restaurants. It was after a rejuvenating trip to India that he became a vegetarian and decided to open a counter combining vegan and Japanese cuisine in Montreal. The counter was a huge success, and he went on to open a number of other outlets, which were equally successful.

Really loved it. Menu is not clear about the mochi. They had a large variety of all sorts of sushi types as well as typical iteams such as edamame. This was practically neck and neck with the Classic option, and I have been lowkey dreaming of getting my hands on this bowl as soon as possible ever since. It's so nice "not to know what to take" in a menu. Results 18 27 Write Review Update Listing. Wish we had a Bloom in San Diego. I came in rather late and it felt like they did not want to serve me anymore. Longing to revisit this place.
