This explains why I go back when I have many other choices in the same Poor communication and uncaring staff. Whole team here dismissive and just barely going through the motions. Very bad service- never coming back. This is my go-to urgent care center. I have been to several in the area and I always go to this one first. Easy to get an appointment and the wait is always short, for me at least has been. I visited this lab and it was practically empty, only 3 people waiting. The lab tech said she wouldn't be able to complete my labs because she was having dinner!!!! I'm extremely satisfied with my visit here.
