The reality star, 29, recently welcomed her first child Cielo Elizabeth, three months, with her boyfriend Tommy Cole. The mother-of-one, whose mother was tragically killed in the terrifying accident , suffered broken legs and feet which left her hospitalised in May. Providing a heartbreaking, but hopeful health update to her fans, Clelia shared she had her metal rods removed in her foot and leg, but will have to have further surgery to get her 'walking again'. Sharing a picture on Instagram in her hospital bed, she wrote: 'Another surgery completed. Hopefully on the way to being able to walk properly soon.

Pregnant Clelia was also left with "terrible injuries" in the accident at the end of May. Posting on Instagram, the reality star said life will "never be the same" after losing her mum in what is understood to be a car crash. She said: "At the end of May myself and my mum were unfortunately involved in an accident, we both suffered terrible injuries. Heartbroken Clelia, 28, described the pain as "paralysing" and said that the loss was beyond words. Thankfully Clelia shared that her "precious miracle baby" is doing well following the tragic accident. The Towie star continued to pay tribute to her mum, writing: "I will always make sure they know how much you already loved them. Clelia said that her baby "gives her so much hope" despite the tragedy which she accepted would be a long road to recovery. The mum-to-be admitted that the accident has left her going through multiple emotions on a daily basis. She ended her post by thanking Tom, her family and friends for their "unlimited support through this trauma".
