Ashley Elizabeth Fliehr [12] [13] born April 5, is an American professional wrestler. She is a second-generation professional wrestler, being the daughter of Ric Flair. Flair made her first appearance in professional wrestling alongside her father in World Championship Wrestling in Flair is a time women's world champion, having held the WWE Divas Championship once, of which she was the final holder, the WWE Raw Women's Championship a record six times, of which she was the inaugural holder, and the SmackDown Women's Championship a record seven times, with the latter now known as the Women's World Championship. Flair also won the Royal Rumble match in Almost 12 years later, on October 3, , Flair herself and rival Sasha Banks would do the same, marking the third time a Women's Championship match main evented Raw. The daughter of legend and WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, she displayed her athleticism as a teenager in North Carolina through volleyball, which she played competitively in high school and college. But her true calling was in pro wrestling, and she had even appeared on television as a child in support of her father. Flair didn't get into the family business until later than some of her siblings, signing a WWE developmental deal at 26 which is also when she adopted her ring name. However, her star rose quickly as she honed her craft in NXT, and, less than a year after making her televised debut, she won the NXT Women's Championship. As part of the women's revolution, Flair quickly established herself as a threat to WWE's biggest women's stars.
