The Hagerstown Planning Commission voted Wednesday to approve a reuse site plan for the property located at the corner of Potomac and Northern avenues in the city's North End. The nearly 40,square-foot building at Potomac Ave. The applicant and property owner, FB Hagerstown LLC, a New York-based development firm, is proposing to rehabilitate the building for mixed use, including retail shops on the lower level and renovated office space on the second floor, according to city planning officials.
