Since I took the helm as my first choice, I got to keep the power-ghouls from my shoulder legendary and the freeze effect a maxed stack offers on the chest-piece. The second choice was between helm and shoulders, so I went with the shoulders and swapped. This freed up a legendary slot, so I opted for the recommended ring since it had that handy gem slot - perfect for the new XP gem or simply buffing a stat. I expect the third choice will include a chest-piece, and will have to swap out for the next best ring , but until then I'm still using Cold Heart.
