Drunk Dumpling takes off where Luyu and Yum Yums left off. As you walk up the dark staircase from the bustling streets of Newtown , you will be taken into a low-lit loft with decor that is giving off a potential fine dining experience. Drunk Dumpling has incredible food for very reasonable prices. The spicy wontons, pork and prawn dumplings and pork buns are fantastic. Definitely my favourite restaurant on king street! Really positive experience here. They got me in without a reservation in the busy restaurant. Remindied me of eating in South East Asia. Well done drunk dumpling. Very reasonable price for the quality of food and cocktails. I received a recommendation for the Drunk Dimpling Newtown. We had enough food it was yum yum.

On the menu it reads "steamed colourful xiao long bao" yet what is set down in front of us is a regular looking xiao long bao. Sammie and I needed dumplings.
