I ordered 2 new accessories for my Airwrap.
Long story somewhat short - I purchased a Dyson V8 and have had two motors die while under warranty. I have spent a lot of time with customer service trying to get this thing figured out. The first time, they sent me a replacement motor but it was backordered so it took a bit. The second time, after some back and forth, they offered to send me a Dyson V8 Absolute. That was agreeable to me but this is where it gets a bit sideways. I was told in chat that I would be sent a label and all I had to do was bring the vacuum to a UPS store and they would pack it up for me and ship it. That was partially true, or at least some important information was omitted.

I am just baffled by the level of utter inefficiency and incompetence at Dyson. Where to begin: My order number is Removed sensitive information. That was my first call and after that I called several times in total 10 times for the update on the same issues, still the issue is pending. In every call some new representative come and never able to give me any specific answers or able to resolve my concerns. They were all trying to just dodging calls.

GLS tracking shows that they received the package that day, it arrived in my city, and then disappeared. I contacted them multiple times and never got any answers. I also submitted requests to Dyson multiple times and have never gotten any response. Finally I bit the bullet and sat on hold with Dyson for almost an hour to speak with someone. They told me that I would receive the confirmation and UPS tracking within hours. Well, guess what! No update of any kind on my orders page either. The sales team is available, but not the service department.
