Ever since I updated to iOS 17 it might have been

I can no longer receive alerts for text messages or phone calls since just before big update. I thought big update would help. It has not. I've restarted phone and fitbit. What's up Fitbit?

Recently bought the Galaxy S23 phone. Phone has all updates. Fitibit app has all updates. Customer service wasn't able to assist with this. I have ALL notifications and permissions to same already set properly. Bluetooth and device are connected. I've already tried unpairing and doing a brand new device set up and through the process again. Have already done a reset on the Charge 5. Still no texts. Customer service said they will have to send it to their "team" to try and figure it out. Sometimes I have had to try this a couple of times, but it usually sorts out the problem.
