We had sushi as an appetizer and both rolls were delicious. Ordered the 4 and 5 boils for a party of 6 and completely devoured both because they were so delicious!! We will definitely be back! November My husband and I tried this place out of the blue while looking for Chinese food. We thought Cajun seafood sounded good, so we decided to try it! We ordered the 6 combo with shrimp and crab legs with the house special boil seasoning medium spicy. It was the most delicious and flavorful meal!! We shared it and there was plenty for both of us! The restaurant was clean, and the waitress was very kind.

This is a family run place on the way to the ferry or the town of Lewes. The people who work here are very nice and they recently brought in very nice new tables and chairs. The food is excellent. I had shrimp with Chinese vegetables and they were generous with the nice size shrimp that were fresh and delicious. The polite, soft-spoken young man behind the counter was helpful in suggesting a luncheon menu. Having never set foot in Hing Wang before the interior was plain and sparse. Our food came right away, piping hot, plentiful, colorful and scrumptious. Their offerings are comprehensive spanning the entire range of the usual Chinese restaurant fare.
