Absolutely horrendous. The hairdresser was so heavy handed with taking out my extensions she unnecessarily pulled out my hair. I ended up walking out after all of that as she tried to reapply extensions without removing all the glue residue. I can only imagine how matted my hair would have been going forward had I let her put them back in. Im very surprised by all positive reviews. This certainly was not my experience. Love my new hair cut and colour done by Rosie at Neutral Bay. I have every confidence in Rosie and she never lets me down. Great hair stylist and colourist. Sheriel was absolutely amazing! My hair is so much lighter and looks completely natural with all the slightly different shades. I love it!
