Mollusk is a neighborhood surf shop that sells clothing and great boards. They carry my surfboards and handplanes [for body surfing]. They occasionally host art shows and live music. The shop is sort of like the cornerstone of the Sunset. You can tell everyone in the neighbourhood comes here to hang out. There are art shows here too. Open until PM. The shop has a laid-back atmosphere that fits the beach feel, and its merchandise is geared toward the surfing lifestyle. Mollusk has surfboards, clothing and gear for surfing, as well as for beginners and professionals. This review is for the Santa Barbara location, since they don't have a Yelp page. I went there for the first time to buy my brother-in-law a gift card for his birthday. The space is very clean and Love this shop!! It is merchandised very beautifully, everything looked perfectly in place. The vibes are high.
