Ideal for vehicles with a higher center of gravity, Monroe Reflex shocks and struts feature ASD valving technology which automatically adjusts to absorb road impacts, helping to reduce vehicle roll and dive. Self-lubricating fluid seal retains gas and reduces excessive friction against the piston rod to help reduce premature wear. Nitrogen gas charge maintains tire-to-road contact for improved ride and handling by reducing aeration. OE all-weather fluid contains special additives to assist with extreme temperatures and helps reduce oil breakdown, while larger reserve tube holds more fluid to run cooler. ASD Acceleration Sensitive Damping valving technology adjusts to impacts, reducing roll and dive for vehicles with a higher center of gravity. Ideal for vehicles with a higher center of gravity, Monroe Reflex light truck shock absorber ASD valving technology automatically adjusts the unit to absorb the impact, helping to reduce vehicle roll and dive. Specifically engineered to provide better handling, control and performance for light trucks and SUVs, Monroe Reflex monotube shocks feature a high-pressure gas to provide additional spring rate, helping to maximize damping efficiency and control. They also feature a hydraulic lockout to cushion the impact as the vehicle suspension is fully extended. Monroe Reflex struts feature ASD valving technology to improve the handling and comfort of most vehicles. This technology senses a bump in the road and automatically adjusts the strut to absorb the impact, leaving the strut with greater control when it is needed.
