The writers have definitely upped their game this season. They really have. Any episode that starts off with Ken Leung Leon handcuffed to a bed is a good one in my book. The fact that John and Bear waltz right in makes it better. They keep killing off some of the good guys and yet the silver haired evil and dirty cop remains. The episode takes place in Atlantic City this week. The new number is a seemingly harmless old man with a gambling addiction. Lou is actually part of a much bigger money laundering scheme at the casino that uses elderly people as pawns and asks them to lose on purpose. After failing to get him and hide him out of town, John and Finch find Lou back inside the casino attempting to win all of his money back.
