This data has provided IOMPO with the opportunity to review processes and efficiencies for this service with little customer impact. As a result, IOMPO will be reducing the frequency of its 6am collections Tuesday to Saturday, whilst maintaining a collection of all 6am post boxes on Mondays due to the volumes of mail received from these post boxes on this day.
